SproutSong's Stream Selection & Career Mapping program helps students understand themselves before making this crucial choice — through structured assessments, mentoring, and self-reflection.

Choosing the right stream after 10th grade is a critical decision that shapes a student's academic journey and future career path. However, students who scored low often face this decision under even greater pressure, without truly understanding their own interests or strengths. SproutSong's program is thoughtfully designed to guide students through this phase using scientific assessments, real-world insights, and reflective exercises — all in a stress-free, interactive environment.

Through a half-day offline session conducted within the school premises, students engage in psychometric and aptitude assessments, explore various stream options, and receive mentorship from trained facilitators. The program doesn't just suggest what students should do — it empowers them to discover it for themselves. By the end of the session, each student walks away with clarity, confidence, and a personal roadmap.

Stream Selection & Career Mapping is one of SproutSong's flagship guidance programs for Class 10 students who scored lower than expected. Designed to address the confusion and pressure students face, this program uses a mix of psychometric testing, interactive learning, and expert guidance to help students discover their ideal academic path.

It is conducted offline, within school premises, as a half-day session. Students are guided through interest and aptitude assessments, stream-mapping exercises, and reflections — helping them align their strengths and passions with the right stream even when marks haven't been their strongest point.
